CELLADOR To Compose 'Upwards Of 20 Songs' For New CD
May 14, 2007Omaha, Nebraska power metallers CELLADOR are currently in their home studio doing the pre-production for their upcoming CD, which should come out early 2008. "The plan is to compose upwards of 20 songs and then pick out the best 10-12 for the next album," the band writes in a press release. "We hope to enter the studio and begin recording in fall '07."
Guitarist Bill Hudson and newly acquired bassist Mika Horiuchi have recorded a short video where they talk about the next album, and play a small section of one of the songs. The clip can be seen here.
CELLADOR's "Enter Deception" album was released in June 2006 via Metal Blade. The CD was recorded at Mana Studios in Tampa, Florida with producer Erik Rutan (MORBID ANGEL, HATE ETERNAL).
